Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board has announced recruitment for driver posts in the police department. Through this recruitment a total of 1000 posts will be filled. The application process for this recruitment has started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website esb.mp.gov.in. The last date to apply has been fixed as October 29. Please note that this recruitment is open exclusively to male candidates.

Let us tell you that through this recruitment drive candidates will be selected for a total of 1000 posts. In which 800 posts for the District Police Force and 200 posts for the Special Armed Force.

Who can apply
To apply for this recruitment, candidates of General, SC, and OBC categories must have passed 10th grade, while for candidates of ST category, the minimum qualification is an 8th-grade pass. Additionally, all candidates are required to possess a valid heavy vehicle driving license.

Age Limit
To apply for this recruitment, the minimum age of candidates to apply in this recruitment should be 18 years. Age will be calculated on he basis of October 29. Reserved categories will get relaxatio in the upper age limit as per rules.

Selection Process
In this recruitment, the selection of candidates will be done in two stages. The first stage will be a written examination, commencing on January 4, 2027. This paper will be of 100 marks, in which multiple-choice questions will be asked. Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for a physical efficiency test, document verification, and a driving test. The driving test will be a qualifying-only component. The final merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination.
