DU Recruitment 2026: There is a golden opportunity for youth dreaming of getting a government job at Delhi University. DU has released a recruitment notification for the posts of Assistant. Through this, recruitment 215 posts will be filled. The application process for this has started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website. The last date to apply has been fixed as November 19.

A total of 215 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive. This includes 164 posts for the General category, 33 for Scheduled Castes, and 18 for Scheduled Tribes.
Who can apply
To apply for this recruitment, the candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Along with this, having 2 years of work experience in the relevant field is also necessary. Furthermore, candidates must possess a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.
Age Limit
As for the age limit, the maximum age of the candidates has been set at 32 years. Candidates from reserved categories and other eligible individuals will be granted age relaxation in accordance with the rules of the Central Government and the University of Delhi.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates in this recruitment will be done in three stages. In this, first of all a preliminary written examination will be organized in which 100 questions (of 200 marks) will be asked. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination. Those who succeed in the main examination will then be called for a skill test, which carries 100 marks.
