UP Principal Recruitment 2026: Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission has issued a recruitment notification for the posts of Principal in Aided Non-Government Secondary Schools. A total of 1,475 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment process.  The application process for this recruitment has started. Interested and Eligible candidates can visit the official website of the commission to apply. The last date to apply has been fixed as November 22.

How Many Posts
Let us tell you that through this recruitment, candidates will be selected for a total of 1,475 posts. In which 1,318 posts in boys' schools and 157 posts in girls' schools.

Eligibility and Experience
To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must have a graduation degree with at least 50 percent marks from a recognized institution or university.  Additionally, having a B.Ed. degree is also mandatory. Apart from this, there should be at least 4 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Selection Process
In this recruitment, candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination and an interview. The written examination will be held on January 7, 2027, at various examination centers across Uttar Pradesh. The examination will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions.

Application Fee and Salary
To apply for this recruitment, Candidates of all categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 2,000. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200.
