These two major government platforms are helpful
The central government offers two excellent platforms to help youth refine their soft skills. The SWAYAM portal (swayam.gov.in), managed by the Ministry of Education, provides free courses on spoken English and business communication, developed by professors from the country’s top institutions (such as IITs and IIMs). Additionally, The Skill India Digital portal, under the Ministry of Skill Development, offers free short-term courses in English and personality development, ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
What is taught in the course
This course is specifically designed for those whose mother tongue is Hindi or another regional language. Instead of memorization, it is taught in a practical manner. Small Everyday sentences and easy rules of grammar are taught. Correct pronunciation of words and expressing oneself without stuttering are also taught. In addition, writing office emails, participating in group discussions, and answering interview questions in English are taught.

2. Register for free using your mobile number or email ID.
3. Next, type 'Spoken English' or 'Communication Skills'.
4. Select the course of your choice, click on 'Enroll Now', and begin your studies.
Rules For Certificates
On the skill India Portal, as soon as you complete the course and online test, you immediately get a free digital certificate.
Studying on the SWAYAM portal is completely free of charge. If you wish to obtain a verified certificate at the end, a nominal examination fee will be required.
