The Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory ahead of singer Diljit Dosanjh’s live concert at Jawaharlal Nehru (JLN) Stadium on October 30. Traffic restrictions and diversions may be introduced on roads surrounding the venue to manage the expected arrival of concertgoers. Commuters have been advised to avoid the area, wherever possible, between 1 PM and midnight and plan their journeys in advance to minimise delays.

Commuters Advised to Avoid Roads Near the Stadium
The advisory warns that traffic movement around JLN Stadium could be affected as visitors arrive for the concert. Motorists travelling through the surrounding areas during the specified hours may face congestion and delays. Those who do not need to visit the stadium area have been encouraged to consider alternative routes.

Delhi Metro Recommended for Travellers
To reduce pressure on roads near the venue, commuters have been advised to use public transport, particularly the Delhi Metro. Concertgoers are also encouraged to plan their journeys ahead of time and allow additional travel time. Using public transport may help avoid difficulties associated with heavy traffic and limited road access near the stadium.

Key Instructions for Commuters
The traffic advisory recommends avoiding roads around JLN Stadium between 1 PM and midnight on October 30, wherever possible. Travellers should plan their routes in advance, follow diversion signs and comply with instructions from traffic police personnel deployed in the area. Commuters are also advised to remain patient and cooperate with officials to help maintain smooth traffic movement.

Check Live Traffic Updates Before Travelling
The advisory has been issued to prepare for increased traffic associated with Diljit Dosanjh’s concert. People travelling through the affected area should check the latest updates from Delhi Traffic Police before leaving and consider alternative routes if necessary. Since restrictions and diversions may affect local traffic patterns, commuters should rely on the latest official instructions for route-specific information.
