What is the matter
During June and July, massive protests were held across the country regarding irregularities and paper leaks in the NEET examination. During this time, a large protest was organized at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar by the Cockroach Janata Party. In which the Protesters demanded included the resignation of then-Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, after which the government had to take steps and he resigned. Apart from this, their demands were that compensation should be given to the families of the students who committed suicide due to the paper leak and strict punishment should be given to all the culprits of the case. The committee formed by the Supreme Court is now investigating the police action taken during this very protest.
