UGC NET December 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened a correction window for the UGC NET December 2026 examination application forms. Candidates who made any errors while filling out their forms can make corrections by visiting the official website, nta.ac.in. The last date to make corrections has been set for November 4.
What can be corrected in the form?
According to NTA rules, candidates cannot change all the information provided in the form. You are only make corrections to the candidate's name, father's name, and mother's name. Please note that the details entered in your form must exactly match those on your official documents.

During the correction process, you cannot change the following information under any circumstances:
Mobile number
Email ID
Permanent and current address
Photograph and signature
How to make corrections in the form?
1. First, visit the official website, nta.ac.in.
2. Next, click on the link for 'UGC NET December 2026 Application Correction'.
3. Log in by entering your required login details (credentials).
4. Carefully enter the correct information in the fields that are permitted to be edited.
5. After making the changes, review all the details once more and submit the form.
6. Finally, download the updated confirmation page and keep a printout or a PDF copy for your records.
Who can make changes?
This facility is only for those candidates who have already successfully submitted their forms and fees. New registrations or the submission of new forms are not permitted during this period.
Additionally, a total of 9,75,505 candidates have paid the examination fee for this December session. The examination will be conducted across the country in a computer-based test mode, covering 87 subjects.
